Well the seller was a nob. Firm at 16k. The best I could offer was 13 as thats what I thought it was worth. He said a car dealer has already offered 15k for it. As I left I said "If a car dealer thinks its worth that much, let the car dealer have it". His reply"Oh he will, he'll be driving it tommorow". Nob. So if anyone knows of a 2 door e30 m325i/2 for sale with a price thats in todays reality, let me know.

Thanks for the advice. One car I've always wanted since I was a teenager is a E30 M3 and the m325i is probably the closest i'll get to one. I am looking for a everyday car, and thought this might be allright. I'll go and have a look and see what his bottom dollar is. There is no way I'll pay 16k for it though. What are some of the things i should look out for on the e30? Rust, rattles knocks etc...
