Wow, seems like alot of trouble not to mention $ to run an ipod.
What type of stereo do you have? Factory? and in the X5? Normally all you stereo needs to have is an aux in. You'll need a 2rca - 3.5mm stereo cable and youre away.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe for one second this is an april fools joke. You mean to say that you are able to photshop a pink sticker onto your car and have the foresight (and possibly the most awesome photoshop skills in the world) to add the shadow from your body leaning over the car onto the pink sticker (in shot two) and in the other shot blur the photo so it looks like you've accidentally taken an out of focus shot? Yeah ok. Sorry, I believe you were embarassed by the comments from other members on here and then pulled the whole "april fools" thing to take the heat off of you.
Prove you didn't get a pink sticker. Good luck scraping it off, they're very sticky.
My thoughts exactly!

mean wonder if you could get a forklift and sas one
Ha ha, was waiting for that one, and it only took 2 posts! Only a kiwi would think of doing such a thing.....

I'm guessing that the carpark didnt have cameras?
Nah, asked them that They just say you park at your own risk! Covering their ass
-
Hmmm, you should've parked at the corner space at the top of your picture there.
Ha ha, I do now! Have stenciled my name on the park. Its a good couple hundred meters away from the door so I know no fat a$$es are going to park next to me
-
Mate I know exactly how you feel!
2 weeks ago I went to the supermarket to get a couple things. Parked 300m from the door at the other end of the carpark (where no one parks). Came out 20 mins later to find my car had been hit. Bumper pushed in 40mm and twisted big time. Paint scraped off the bumper and tail light smashed. F#(KING PI$$ED!
I dont have any idea how some idiot could have done this. When you see the photos of where I parked you'll see what I mean.
3rd time ive been hit in 4 months! And whats more annoying is that I had recently had my bumpers re-painted due to the last tickle up.
If I had the space at home Id definatly get a cheap runabout.

Hi Alan
Welcome to the shuddering e36 club!
Mines doing the same thing. I start the car, the revs drop to about 500 the engine shudders and revs increase to 1000 or so before dropping again. I know of other people who have the same problem!
I actually spoke to a BMW Tech yesterday about it and from what ive been told its normally the throttle control valve which is under the inlet manafold. Either give it a clean out or replace it.
Im going to look at getting mine fixed in the next month or so.
In the mean time when you start the car just put you foot on the accelerator a little to stop it dropping to the low revs.
Id appreciate others input on this too.
Cheers
Brett

Agreed! Photos and a run down would be good to greatRight, well where's the write-up and pics demonstrating exactly what does and doesn't fit into the cupholders? Also a video of a drive to McDonald's and back would be good.

Wholey! Thats one way to make ya way thru the field...
-
What did you end up with?
Yr? Km's? Man or auto? $?
-
ha ha, fair enough. Buying stuff off ebay is good at the moment as the US dollar is pretty close to ours. Wont cost that much!
-
Yip, you can get grills for subs. Just do a search on the net for the type of sub you have. Im getting a nice Alpine 10" one for mine for the same reason.

I stumbled on the auction yesterday
And yes, good on her for having the guts to do it but I have to agree with Shelley about the medium build thing. Medium sized family car maybe.
And she had a face like a dropped mince pie unfortunately
What happened on close up with Mark "human walrus" Sainsbury?

We would all make useless detectives! Dont know how you got it past us, once you have a decent look that selotape sticks out like a sore thumb.
