Dude, that more than your 2 cents worth. there comes a time, in everyones life when they become too old and bitter to be taken seriously. How do you know when that time comes? when you start saying "LOCK EM' UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY!" are you deranged? "arrest all the spectators" have you not heard of the troubles the NZ police already have with managing high numbers of criminals? my 2c worth... the people who attend these events and participate are often criminally minded, violent people yet people assume if they werent racing/skids they would be at home reading the bible. personally, a car racing or sitting stationary with smoke coming off its tyres isnt all that bad when you consider what else they could be doing

im thinking of shaving the badges on my e36 sedan to make it look sleeker and cleaner. what do you guys think??? maybe just the rear badge? anyone done it??

best place to start would be pod filter+heat shield, nice and cheap. this, a performance chip and exhaust made my e36 go alot harder. If yours is automatic it may be worth considering a manual conversion as mine takes down 328i autos. my next planned mod is a 328 crankcase apparently thats a good mod?

nah just a few standys here and there a few donuts and alot of drifting. my 2nd diff was in my car bout 4 months before it went bang, taking the driveshaft with it . im no mechanic, but the mechanic that fitted it seemed pretty good (autotech in chch) and im assuming that bmw diffs just cant handle sh*t? its just a 2.0 vanos with exhaust chip and pody nothin special

does anyone else have problems with their e36 manual diffs? my 320i has spat 2 in the past year (not to mention a driveshaft) and at around 1000$ each doesnt make me too happy! is it worth looking into a stronger LSD and where is a good place i can get one before my next one blows!? cheers! steve
