Saw this today at Carfolie while getting the Silvia tinted.
Looks immaculate man
Thank you mate! Car Folie did a great job mid-week tinting the windows. This is the fifth car I've had tinted, and in fact the fifth place I've been to for window tinting. After meeting Seth and seeing the results from his team's work - I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.
While they were tinting the car, I spied a car they were wrapping in the background. I got into talking with Seth about roof wraps, which I hadn't really considered before. Lo and behold, the car was booked back in on Friday to get the roof done.
I didn't like the thought of gloss, matte is a bit dull against the paint and I thought CF-look film might look a little off. Seth recommended Satin black - which turned out bloody good!

They did mine today, great work and an awesome result as I'm sure you'll all agree!

Looks and sounds good for the price...
Yep one to watch. He's reinforced the subframe too. No mention of any SMG work though. Sounds well looked after, full receipts avail.

Agressive DSC, basically it will let you take your car to the absolute limits before it kicks in. About as hardcore as traction control gets. Perfect for going for it or track days.
The standard mode (which you can still engage at the push of a button and is on by default) cuts in a lot earlier.
Sounds good to me. I feel the standard DSC can be very restrictive; even unsafe at times. Is this something you've done before? I'll PM you.

Can you edit buy now price if there are no bids? If so, chances are he's sold them externally already. Otherwise, he's just trying it on.

Holy crap Ray, glad you're all ok and your stock isn't damaged.
-
No offence to Renault but the scheme looks significantly better on the GT3 IMHO.
I quite like it on the Renault - if the mirrors and air-dam were painted red to match I reckon it'd look great. Like a 'special edition' of sorts.

Can code "m-track" mode into e46 m3s '03 and later easy enough.
Go on...? What does this do? The 'sport' button on mine currently only changes the throttle response. I think I've turned it on twice in a year.

I went canrbon on the E39 - works awesome.
I waited while they did it... took about 30 mins! I was a bit stunned!
Sheesh that's not long - I suppose you'd get quick at it after doing it 50 times or so! Mine's booked in Wednesday, can't wait.

hahahaha how do you stuff up THAT bad.
... those French try to hump anything ...

It'll be louder on the inside though, with the engine noise coming out the stereo speakers.
Lol

Seen your car Sunday heading south on the motorway, just thought I'd say the car looked and sounded amazing!! Always love seeing a car like that on the road =D
Heh, thanks mate! I can't remember where we were going that day - probably just enjoying the stunning weather! Be sure to give me a toot next time!
"Soon to be week-end car"??
What happened to the wife's driving lessons then??
Clutches are expensive...
To be honest, we really need to get our A into G, but there's no point if she's not driving it each day (for a while at least).

CSETs E46 M3 outside Wendys in Royal Oak Sunday afternoon
Looking very shinny and immaculate.
Heh I always park that side when I stop in to Pack n Save. Smaller chance of anyone parking next to me!

What do you mean? It's mint.

Pretty sure that is/was for sale at Fast 4s - it has K&N intake and all main options.Tuff

Frozen grey e92 m3 with black lip & rims parked next to me last night - absolutely mint. Never thought I'd like the matte finish, but it really suits the shape imo.
Pretty much identical to this:

I like the wheels & color on this one, I think I know what my next car purchase will be!

Hopefully not this one - ex-Singapore on 200,000kms.. electrics will be shot! You'd know much more than me about these luxo-barges, but having been burnt on an ex-Singapore A6 before I'd stay well away...

So finally have been given the ok to take the cars, almost 4 months in the waiting traveling down tomorrow with a tow truck and just spent 238.59 on cleaning products haha tomorrow is gonna be so fun and just in time for my 30th next week will create a new post for the rebirth of the cars
Good stuff! Looking forward to pics when you've tidied them up a bit.

Agreed. A friend of mine has one as part of a sponsorship arrangement with BMW. Hers is also white with plenty of signwriting on the outside - so equally conspicuous. I didn't mind the interior that much but the ride was hard - though I haven't drive one. Not a huge fan of the shape.
I agree on the shape - not my cup of tea. However, I'm probably not the ideal target market. I'd still love to take one for a drive!

If there is sufficient remaining colour contrast, a.) painted.
However, it really depends on the car for me. E39's in general I prefer black mouldings, regardless of car colour.
