Looking to buy some basket weaves for my e30. I have some rims that can either do a swap will post a photo below - or looking to buy with cash. Any condition just needs to be not broken/buckled. Thanks in advance

Touchdown TD144s with an aggressive look on e30s. Multi 4s, these rims and tyres are 99% brand new. Have had them sitting on my m50 e30 as it isn't certed and have driven maybe 5 kms on them if that. The rub in the rear but with a smaller profile tyre would fit mint. Perfect fitment for e30s. $1250 Ono! Tyres alone were $900 and rims were $850.

E36 medium crown wheel and pinion into e30 medium!
JordanLee replied to JordanLee's topic in General Discussion
That link is literally a bible towards this work lol. I think just reading the link above and the one you just posted, may be best to leave it up to the professionals haha! Seems like a lot of work with very minuscule room for error. -
E36 medium crown wheel and pinion into e30 medium!
JordanLee replied to JordanLee's topic in General Discussion
thank you for the information very much appreciate it. now i do realise that this isnt just a sit down in a day process dont get me wrong, im aware of the consequences that come with not doing it correctly aswell. I have possibly the opportunity to use these differnt tools off a friend if he has them at the time. If you can find that saved link would be excellent otherwise no worries Also who is Kayne Barrie and where is he situated? From what i can gather there isnt anybody in my area that does differentials which is a pain the ass if i have to travel and most likely leave it there as it wont be done in a day. -
So I have a 3.15 medium e36 ratio and am wanting to put that into my e30 3.64 medium. I understand that most of the earlier 3 series had the 188mm sizing so this means they can be interchangeable. Please correct me if I am wrong but; Is this able to be done without too much complication? Will be doing the bearing and seals aswell, what are some information about backlash and setting etc? Thanks in advance am hoping this is something I can do without forking out hundreds for someone else to do.

Sorry but I don't understand why you need just the loom? Shouldn't the engine have come with one or not? The only thing that needs changing is the end x20 plug to the e30 c101.

just finished this swap and above post is correct, M50b25 from an e36 i used and it nicely tucked away under my 318 plastics and stock mounting point for the ecu. had to cable tie it up into it but still works never the less.

WTB: 600lb rear e30 springs or stiffer! or e36.
JordanLee replied to JordanLee's topic in Want to buy
E39, you have a pm. And I managed to find some e46 adjustable rear springs that I'm going to try. Surely they will be stiff enough! -
Hi guys, have an m50 e30 and it sits on its ass under power and rubs on the tyres am needed stiffer springs! surely someone will have something lying around! Let me know cheers

Here's a photo if it. Even with all the bolts in it somehow hasn't aligned the last hole which then has stripped it. Will I be able to tap it out while still on?
-
well from what i can tell its the block. any suggestions then? i dont fancy taking the whole thing off again.
-
so today i was fitting my e34 oil pan to my m50 and my last bolt i was using wasnt tightening at all, so pulled it out and what do you know. its stripped the thread. So i was wondering is the last bolt actually needed? it has 23 other bolts in it plus i used Permatex Ultra Black so that would glue it down. any insight? cheers
