if the lace was longer you could take it through the sunroof and tie it to the pedal again..maybe. This reminds me of that mr bean episode where he drives his mini from an airchair strapped to the roof, where he used a broom to accelerate and rope to steer.. That was class.

Well they did that to be funny.. I remember there being an insurance advert with a porsche (maybe state insurance?) and the car wouldnt start, and the dude closes the bonnet when he's done 'fixing' it. That advert irritated me.
