and lets not forget that expecially on older engines, regular oil will be better coz its more viscous.. Synthetic may be too thin and end up leaking out, whereas regular will seal the cylinders.. SO yeh, on an E30 its probably safer to stick to regular, unless youre sure all the seals are 100%.. "What other place in nz can people go to to argue about oil? NONE WHATSOEVER. BIMMERSPORT.CO.NZ" we should make it an advert!

How much do CAI's go for here? Something decent.. Cuz im guessing the 350 US that AA charges for theirs is probavbly a little inflated? hahah Are there any kiwi websites with this sorta info/prices on it..?

Im pretty sure all it stands for is coupe. Its supposed to mean sports, and it does coz it makes it a coupe. Nothing is changed other than the doors. Suspension etc only gets affected i think in E46 models where you get stiffer springs... SO yes. IS means coupe. (its kinda misleading, but yeah)
