Today I witnessed pure arrogance from a cop, he was turning left with indicator on, another car was turning right into the same street, indicator on, both traveling at slow speeds, cop did not have roof lights on, car turning right into street just about collected the cop as the cop did not give way to his right, cop sounded horn for a long time then gave the guy sh*t out the window. Everyone on the road was like WTF! Since when did cops have right away when just patrolling? And they wonder why people get their back up.

How is that respect? You did not respect the law but you think you respected the cop giving you the ticket? Bit backwards really, but if it makes you feel good. As for women being cops, I still don't think its their place, sorry if your girlfriend or family member is a police women, don't take it personally, its just my opinion.

When the train track doesn't pass your area and you have to drive to Silvia Park first ( shopping ) And you have never been on a train since you were about 3, it might be worth doing for more shopping in town.

On a side note, my parents dairy got robbed by a young boy last Monday, a woman and male cop came to the rescue, finding him at his home in the shower. The boy ran outside to the park where the male cop ran through a wasp nest and decided that was better to fight and the woman jumped on the boy, then the boy started bashing her in the face, knocking her about 50 odd times they are saying. She was helpless, the boy started running then more cops arrived and set the dog on him, he bashed one of their dogs and strangled it round its neck. Anywho, point is, women should not be cops if they can not get a boy on the ground and hold him there. He was a small scrawny 16year old. The women had been in hospital for 3 days. The boy stole a packet of chips.

Thing is, you have to cross the land owned by the Moari to get onto the beach, there was a big row about this last year where the Moari were sticking up fences to stop people. They will just be more awkward now. And whos robbing whos beach of shell fish? Anyone who knows of Howick Beach and Cockle Bay will know what i'm talking about. The fisheries have a field day with them.
