Hi, not sure if this is the right place for this. My dad's e46 heater fan has stopped working... simply does not blow out air, no matter the fan-speed setting. Its as if the fan itself is not getting power. Have done the obvious - checked fuses... any other recommendations? How do I get to the fan unit itself? Thanks very much in advance!

hey, just stumbled on to this topic now... The prices mentioned here seem quite high.. I have a friend here in England who has just started a business making these plates. i've not bought from him as i don't have a car here, but AFAIK his are only 10 Pounds for a set. quality is good, but they are the Plastic style ones that they have in the UK, not metal... Hi, I'm a NZer currently overseas, and have been looking at a very nice 2002 turbo in the uk to bring back. Before I go any further with this one though, I thought I'd look if anyone has one in NZ that they may be willing to part with in the next 12 - 24 months when I get back... the downside of sourcing one from NZ, though, is that I wont be able to take it to the Nurburgring before shipping it home... :-( Alas. DAMMIT, im looking for one now - looks like im just a little late! i'd have been all over this in a second, chompa! anyone know of anyone else selling up? recommended places to look for one? ive called tony at TWR and this black one has sold, but he says he can find one in japan and bring it over for me.. but this seems very high risk buying sight unseen! and ideally i'd like a slightly later model (since i can only register an 86/87..) if you guys can point me in the right direction i'd be stoked ! thanks a bunch josh
