z3 has much shorter struts and little lower springs
so yes will fit but will lift the front up quite a bit

yes and new shocks and bump stops , most z3 i see have worn out guard liners even when running correct tyre sizes
but yes 235 wide is a no no on the front

not all z3 had lsd , was a option offered depending on spec

its a e38 part number
, e39 have bigger hub bore size than e38
so unless someone has machined them out to suit a e39

He was just a general tyre retailer and fitter, not a BMW specialist, but I don't want to take any chances. Also, I'm not sure whether the mounting holes would be correct on anything other than a salvaged rim or a space saver made for the vehicle?
I've now discovered I can get a space saver kit from offshoe, but the shipping is 5x the price of the part!
@BM WORLD what price to get either a rim or entire wheel to Lower Hutt (5014 post code)? I'm guessing the rim alone is going to be way cheaper 😕
we have already talked and i sent you pics of all i had by email , and did not get a reply back from you
thanks

space saver needs to be 17" min to clear the brakes
and ET18 for a e60 , 3 series type wont work
i have some single alloys with or without tyres to suit a e60
