Is it me or did I miss a law change in road rules, lately I seem to be passing cars on the left on the motorway.

They coming off the off ramp and go straight to the fast line and doing 95 100 and not passing any one

and just sitting there and every one is passing on the left special early in the morning, even in the truck I seem to

I have a smallish hex bolt on an M3 RTA. Its ex UK and quite corroded.

The inside hex is stripped and i've tried vice grips on the outside without luck.

I've also soaked in penetrating oil.

Any ideas on the next step to get it out?

Hacksaw a screw head into it or ?
