i just got some motorsport springs foy my M20 e30 off a member on here, im just wondering if anyone could tell me how much of a drop they will give me ? im not putting them on for a 'better' suspension purposes butbecause my e30 sits way to high, i was told it will give a 1.5 inch drop (front and back) off a mate. is anyone using these springs now ? Hey there Im back in the market and i am after a manual car for a project i am keen on looking at an e30 ? if anyone has one that they want get rid of ? wanting a 6 cylinder one but will go to a 318 if anyone has one? i dont mind if it doesnt have an engine in it or whatever just want to know what people have got also it has to be in the auckland area and have wof and reg or reg on hold.. around the 1000 to 1500 mark or around that, will pay more if car is fully running thanks again fellow members Andrew

Hey guys i woke up this morning from a knocking on my front door by my neighbor telling me my car got broken into last night, as i went to check it out they broke the right rear quarter glass and ripped the trim around the window (chrome one), luckily nothing major was stolen only my volt gauge that is mounted in the dash board, they attempted to take the head deck but guessed they didn't know how to, and luckily they didn't realize i had my subs and amp in the boot. Anyway all I'm really after is a right rear quarter glass for my 1989 4door 320, i would need this as soon as possible as i use this car for work and dont really want to leave the window broken for many nights "what goes around comes around " - my philosophy thanks for the help guys Andrew

to unbolt the bonnet latch just remove the hooks for the glovebox saves time

Ok so heres my question guys and girls. I own a 1999 318i and over the weekend i managed to drive my uncles 2003 318i just from japan i no the newer e46's have a newer engine as well as more HP but i found his gas pedal to be a lot more smoother/lighter if that makes any sense, currently in my car its a bit stiff and you really have to put your foot on the ground to get some power out of it. is this normal ? i no its just a 318i with 100 odd HP but should i get this checked out ? because there was a big difference to me. this has been only the 2nd e46 ive driven so dont really know what to compare it to thanks guys Andrew

hey guys I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with my little problem im having with my e46 well.. you know that little display where it shows your next oil service..then after that it shows the time, km per litre, how many k's you got in your tank..does anyone know what the temperature one means ? because mine is stuck on -40 C and its worrying me that something could be wrong. thanks for the help guys much appreciated Andrew,

haha thanks bravo just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on repainting wheels..? the bottle tops themselves are in pretty good condition its just that im a bit of a perfectionist and was thinking of doing them myself..?(odd paint fades) cheers

umm i got them from trademe for $35 for a set of four i thought it was pretty cheap and the guy delivered it to auckalnd for me
