  2. All good m8 , thanks I picked one up for $60 and had it checked out OK! put it in with a couple of mates who thought it would be a lot of fun... OH!!! what a mission, we managed to do it with a lot of swearing and some really skinny arms
  3. I had trouble with the crankcase vent valve on my e36, i had to get it replaced. My problems were rough idle/vibration which then lead to trouble starting in the morning, replaced it and everythings now fine
  4. My starter motors going and it's needing to be replaced, found one on trademe but just making sure its what i need. Is there any difference between a 1991 e36 318i & a 1994 e36 318i starter motor cheers

  6. Hey whats up I thought I'd say hi, might have to get some advice some day! I've got a BMW E36 1994, i picked it up off my friends parents for $2300 with new wof/rego and it's been a breeze to drive & keep maintained i thought it was a steal!!! only problems I've run into since having it was the sagging roof & brake light failure I stripped out the lining & scrubbed off the foam, i replaced it with some fabric from spotlights & did a home job *pictures* I picked up a brake switch for $20 off trademe & that fixed the brake lights *thanks to google & this diy site http://www.bimmerdiy.com/dir/e36 * Looking at getting some rims as mine are pretty rough around the edges & some tints to help protect interior. Other than that i think i'll put my money towards saving for a new bmw in the future! haha
