Hey guys, I moved to aussy last year which meant I had to part with my beloved S.A spec M325is E30. Man I was soo gutted watching it leave my driveway! Since moving to Melbourne I bought a VL 6 cyl. What a piece of sh*t! But now i'm back into a beemer and couldn't be happier! It's a 1990 E30 318i, 2 door coupe, manual, 192kms, cruise control (?!) and all the usual bits. Cars are VERY expensive in Australia so I was surprised to see it for sale for AU$3500, i went and saw it straight away and bargained them down to AU$2900. It's pretty good nick too - absolutely NO rust! I can't believe it! It has a small g-box leak - is that a c**t to fix?? Anyway - check it out. Future plans include: Getting some basketweeves Maybe lowering it Other than that just gunna enjoy the great E30 experience!

Thanks Spargo. The guy just rung me. He's going to have a look when I get to Auckland! Cheers

cheers, I'll be sorry to see it go but have to fund my OE somehow!

I got offered 18000 last year and 16500 6 months ago. They are very rare, It will probably hold its value better than most BMW's genuine enquiries only please.

hey man, in aucks now. just checked my chassis # and it is AF45385 What is the difference between the evo's? I've been looking on the net for ages but can't find sh*t.
-
I dunno what evo mine is, its a 1991 if that makes any difference. It goes well though 1147kg's according to the manual. I can't find any info about the SA 2.7's so don't know what the f**k it is. How much you pay for yours?
-
mean bro, just like mine! Will have to have a race! I'm driving from dunedin to auckland tomorrow. Fun
-
Yeah the donut is cheap but, fitting it is a c**t. You have to remove almost everything to get at it, and move the diff back. Yep the steel underneeth, 2 6x9 holes and a 12in sub hole. $500 for a whole new exhaust? no way, for a hot one maybe.

I play on poker stars, its fun and easy to use. 100/200 is what i play on. Its good practice for when you play against ya mates. If anyone from dunedin is reading this, the ori tavern has a poker night on tuesday at 7.00pm $10 buy in. good times

maybe down baldwin street (NZ's steepest street)~!! according to my owners manual mine does 6.7 seconds. so i doubt a 2.5 would do better than that. Maybe you have a supercharger that you just never new about.
-
I'd love to take my car on the track...... how'd you hook that up? where is it?
-
waste of money, buy something that is already fast. or buy an e30 that someone has already wasted heaps of money on. when you go to sell you will lose heaps (i know from experience)
