  1. But as I've said, if you treasure your BMW, then use nothing but Glasurit paint on it for repairs and touch ups - price up their paint and you'll realise why it's different to everything else out there.

Please justify your comment regarding paint. Being a car/custom painter for 25 years i'm interested in your reasons as to why Glasurit is better.

  3. Ok, so i'm thinkin' of selling the E34 and buying a E32 but how can i decide what the E34 is worth?

prices vary so wildly on TM i have no idea?

    '88 520

    309xxx km

It does have the usual 4HP22 cold run shift prob, but once warm it's sweet as.

    Bright orange

    16" T-Star reps

    40mm drop at front

    3" pipe from diff back

Runs very well for age and never had any major mechanical issues.

Will post more info and pics soon.

Havn't posted in 'for sale' yet as i'm looking for an idea on price at the mo'.

  4. I'm in, was just bout to pull the trigger on the one on TM for $65 but thought better of it.

    Thinkin' i will get 2, 1 for the E34 & 1 for the E3.

edit: Just measured E3 & E34 boots and think they may be to wide, 1320mm & 1270mm

  5. Was bored this afternoon so my son and i decided to do the shadowline and drop the front (40mm), will see how the front settles and then see 'bout doin' the back.

Pics aren't the best as it was starting to get dark.

Oh and the car is filthy lol.

  6. Looks good, works in Ausi with their any hooning bill, I hope the cops get strict on crap cars too, so many dungers around that need crushing.

This might sound crazy but I plan on driving my non boy racer car normally and I think I will be fine, when I want to do a burn out or have a bit of a drift or a race I will go to one of the many cheap track days available and race with other grown up people who can drive.

Im am however worried I will get in trouble for having a German plate on the missus car and will be looking at removing it if it draws any attention.

Driving and owning a car is a privilege.

    +1

  7. Good to hear ya ok. Had same thing in home town of Napier, some tosser tried to open the door of my car at a stop sign, had my 16 yr old son with me and cos i'm 6ft and he's 6'2" we both sit real low in the car. So we both got out of the car and 2 of this scumbags mates came out from behind a building, the first guy started to say something and then suddenly said 'oh sorry bro' turned out he recognised me as the doorman of the local stripclub and thought better of it lol.
