Pre xmas track day pics. E46 front arms have gone in and pick up points for front sway bars have been changed since then. Just need to roll guards and do another test day at Taupo to dial it in. Car may be coming up for sale in the near future if anyone is interested.

EGR is far from foolproof, they are mechanical. Get stuck from carbon build up, have internal gear damage as well as electrical. Often $1,000's to replace with a new one (not all cases). Even hot running vehicles suffer it just as bad. With direct injection engines its much worse as nothing washes the valves (petrol and diesel)
