x6 is the weirdest BMW vehicle that they have ever made......only 4 seats(not 5)for such a big car............parking sensors optional......while a reversing camera is standard! I guess BMW tried to get into high performance SUV market but I personally would say a new X5M will be more attractive.

It really depends on yourself(I am pretty sure you can afford both).Obviously the car is pretty much like new....If I were you I would go to authorized BMW dealers......the reason is there won't be much difference on the cost for servicing a near new car....(Just my personal opinion). If you own one of the older cars and need to fix a few stuffs......A private workshop will save you heaps of money.

I ordered a pack of SAPPCO last weekend and paid online.....I have not heard anything from them since that day and I just found their website does not exist any more..... Anyone here knows how to contact them?
-
Just wondering do they still take orders?Their website doesn't exist any more.

My friend took his flash 5 series BMW for service and was very happy about their service and recommended me to go.....so I did. Well overall I must say the service quality was not bad, pretty quick and they are very specialized in fixing the internal part.....which I believe lots of other private workshop wouldn't be able to do.......... However there are a few issues here......their attitude to my mate and to me was totally different....I guess the only reason was becoz my mate was driving his new 5 series and I have got my 96 318TI, one of the cheapest bmw on the market.... My friend was dropped off at home and picked up again when everything was ready, was given free magazines and cup of tea while waiting, plus a lot more........ One thing for my car to be fixed was the rear light bulb.....I was charged for it....and I paid....then when i got home i found out..... it was STILL NOT WORKING......then I rang the manager(I believe is just the title thing, actually a salesman.) He did not offer any explanation or apology.....all he said was if I got pull over by the cops....ask the cops to give him a call and he can sort it out......I lmao......I dont think any cops will listen to a car salesman before issuing a ticket..... And I took it back again,it was finally fixed ...... to be honest I am a bit disappointed about their customer service.......every customer should be treated the same... If I was driving a 7 series that day,I believe that guy wouldn't forget to fix my light for me and at very least he would not say things like " Get those cops to give me a call" As a BMW dealer it was just soooo unprofessional....... I would still recommend you to go there, if you drive a flash BMW..... My friend just went there again for service with his new BMW,and the service was excellent, as said by him.

Do you guys know where I can get those white front indicators for 2002 520i? How much are they ? and where I can get white head lights for a reasonable price? Cheers.
-
Thanks guys.... How is this car anyway? It seems like on the internet there r two extreme side of comments... Some ppl gave 10/10 for reliability... Some gave 4/10 and said it needs to be checked every month.....
-
Everything is good about that car except for the price....

Ya bro. Do I drive the car to Jerry Clayton OR get them to come have a look? I am sure the dealer wouldnt be happy for someone to drive their veh that far away...

I m looking at a 2001 525i appx 80000k....any one here owns this vehicle? Please give me more info about this car....handling....gas......maintainence cost etc.... The dealer offers $14000, is the price reasonable? Where can I get someone to do a check b4 i buy? Cheers guys.

Well I took it back to bmw department store and paid about $700 for the first time. Second time was over $1000....... Nothing wrong really, but just they states there r quite a lot to replace due to age. 2001 525I is much more expensive than the one that I have, that s what I meant I wish to pay no more than $1500/yr for service.....Over $2000 is just not worth it for a $15000 car...Thanks for your post....how much did it cost you before and what needs to be changed? Ta hEY

Hi guys. I am after a 2001 523i, the clock has done 60000k...I have a bmw 318ti 1996 myself and the service cost is pretty high....due to the age of the car... Just wondering....how much does it averagely cost to maintain a 2001 523i.....cheers guys.

Hi ppl I own a 1996 BMW 318TI. The car runs smooth as and it just turned 10k. I love my car but....since I bought it....every year I pay over $1000 on just service and changing this and that. The car drives like a dream but when you take it to the workshops(even team Mcxxxxx)....the technician will ask you to replace several parts......which cost quite a lot..... I have enough budget to pay over $1000 a year....but the thing is the car only worth like $5000....what s the point to invest another $1000 each year and nothing really improves...... I have been thinking to buy a 2002 735i....I am wondering how much it would normally cost for service and others...The one I am looking at has run about 6.5k.......the deal is not bad....$28000 something... for a car like this ....it is worth to pay for the service fee..... But is it still like the old model bmw that you need to replace a lot of parts each year? How much does it normally cost yearly?Cheers guys.
