  1. So the hub won't fit my car? Would I have to get the rings to fit them?
  2. I am after genuine Type 1 specs: 17' 5x120 +13 offset 8.5' wide or type 2 18" More looking for a swap, how much do you want for them? what type are they? Cheers
  3. I love everything about this car, it's manual six speed gearbox, it's turbo straight six, it looks like it handels like nothing else... Although you might think the looks are not that great... Live it will be immaculate. I love straight six engines and twin turboing it just makes it perfect. Yes V8 looks like a future for all M cars at least for a few years, but developing good old straight six just makes me to respect BMW engineers. Also I am not sure it might be a roumor, but isn't the new M3 is going to come out with straight six as well? But for me nothing will beat E46 CSL. I know its not manual, but everything about that car says drive me! and drive me hard! If BMW would put the 1M engine in CSL and put the manual gearbox in it!!! Thats all I would want to drive all my life!!!
  4. We should let me know if you'll see him when you are there and I'll come around
  5. Cool!!! Thanks! Its a bit too broad... Maybe some guy in Whangarei are able to help out if they will find out something about that car... Maybe?
  6. Its an awesome car!!!! No matter how many V10 E30 are there this on its own is an amazing machine. But I would love to see E36 M3 with this engine. Its the right size and weight for a V10 wonder why nobody ever put one in E36?
  7. No one have those wheels? or no one wants to swap?
  8. Pioneer DEH-P700bt Or Pioneer DEH-6300ub
  9. With standard E46 auto I would go for standard strut replacement (Sachs BOGE). Your springs will be more than alive and you will feel lots of difference with the refreshed struts and save lots of money!!! plus it's lifetime warranty for those so if they leak you can replace them for free any time!!! If to spend money on the coilovers save more money and buy a proper kit konis are great from US will usually end up to be around $2000 NZ and they last much longer than billesteins. I myself went for FK coilovers they use Koni adjustable struts and make their springs and bodies them selves. All kits are manufactured in Germany!!! They are becoming pretty big in US now as they are much cheaper than their competitors and tend to be great for street/track user as they are fairly comfortable and are great on the track. Anyway hope this helps.
  10. The main problem with E30’s turbo is that they don’t have enough traction to make the whole use of that turbo power. With V8 and V10 it is much better as the power delivery tends to be more linear plus the engines them selves are much heavier which gives the car much more use of the engine power. I think E46’s are much better for turboing, because they are heavier and their differentials are great at distributing power plus you can fit them with the biggest wheels you can probably get, I saw so some of them running 12’ wheels at the back!!!! Crazy!
  11. Hello Just looking for new rear adjustable control arms for E36 M3 95. Preferably a good well known brand and with a bushing at the end instead of the ball joint. Thank you.
  12. I have one in black with full tanned leather interior, 3.0ltr, pm if interested!!!
  13. Might be interested lets see that thread.
  14. Nice one man!!! Is that the only thing that you got from the whole message I wrote? Read it again maybe it will help your understanding... All I am saying is that this car is a miracle if it is true!!! Because how many times did you hear that front wheel drive handles so good after you put more than 250 hp through those fronties? I know only new Fiats and Ford RS that might be close to what this car is. So anyway hope you will get my point.
  15. Man wtf!!!! It doesn't even look quick! Honestly, he goes in the straight like he is cruising around on the motor way. And it sounds like he is loosing traction every corner. But if it is true imagine faces of all those big companies like Ferrari, Lamborgini, Porsche, BMW, AUDI, Mercedes... Man this is something not even engineer can understand, how the front wheel car with 275 ph beat beasts with 600 or even 700 hp... In the straight any of the above mentioned cars would eat this reno alive, so how will it work that on the straight they would not rip those seconds off. I personally don't believe it even though it is on camera... I am sorry.
  16. I know this "lollies" crap is really bad was trying to get around it by typing it in all the different ways... didn't work! sh*t!
  17. Thats a shame. Does anyone know a good software scanner for M3 95 its a Euro version? Thanks
  18. Yeah especially with offset ET13 I would eat the whole wheel!
  19. Would prefer a swap as I have no spare wheels in my garage althought if the price is right I minght sell them and buy some shitty ones until I find a good set They are 18s 8" et38 front and 9' et41 rears if I am not mistaken.
  20. Hey guys, It's all pretty much in the topic. Or I wouldn't even mind type 2
  21. I am not sure whether I have missed it or not but will it work with OBD1 M3 95 computer in particular? Cheers.
