  3. Check the rubber mounts of the exhaust!!! Especially at the end, the ones that hold the muffler.
  4. Awesome!!! Good news! Good luck tomorrow!
  5. Hey mate are you in Christchurch? What colour is your car? To me it sounds like a gasket as well to be honest! Have you revved it before you turned it off? Maybe it was very warm? I usually let mine run for 5-7 minutes if I stop on the pit stop on the track before turning it off... Just to cool it off!!!
  6. Hahaha awesome!!! I wanted to buy KW's type 1 as well, but went with new FK brand, which have Koni adjustable struts and stainless steal bodies. They are German custom made, apparently developed on the Nurburgring

  14. That's a shame!!! And yes, we do need pictures to see what's stolen. I am in Christchurch and will look out for your car.
  15. My view on all this... Do it once do it right!!! I am exactly like you, although my situation is a little different as I have a 15 year old car (M3 though ). I am replacing most of the suspension parts in my car for the new genuine ones. Apart from adjustable rear control arms, and new polyurethane bushes for the trailing arms, diff, and rear subframe the rest of the parts are all genuine or Meyle HD stuff. I wish my paint was in the same condition as your one, then I would just get a proper cut and polish and would be happy with it. But I think I might need to respray some panels. Keep on the good work!!! This kinda inspires me to do mine lol
  16. Also, I will soon will have full suspension from M3 95 Euro (100k on it), struts (none of them have leaks, changing due to new upgrades), springs, almost brand new rear strut mounts and all the nuts and bolts with it. PM me if you are interested. Cheers
  17. Bump! Price droped to $270, which is way below what I have bought them for. This is the cheapest Genuine BMW part you will ever buy. So don't miss out.
