  1. Agreed.

and if It was my car, I'd want it to be cheap on gas, so I can blow all my gas money on my E30.

Yeah prob not going to do anymore work on the e30, just drive it on the weekends.

Im pretty keen on getting a S2K before the end of the year for my weekend toy so will see if i will keep the e30 or not, Will just go with the flow i guess.

  2. Dont really know Jon, Guess ive always liked the Ti shape. And i dont know of any other M52 powered Ti's apart from Glenn's.

Just a uniqueness thing i guess. But meh, what ive listed above is really a wishlist this is my daily driver now and im just going to see how it goes.

  3. Haha The LM's have been sitting in my room for awhile now waiting for a car to go on, sort of lost most desire to turn the e30 into a track beast, just going to stick with its bc golds and 4 stud RS's once i get them refurbed.

Anywho, Plans are going to be more suited to daily driving and keep the luxuries.

    1. Get it lower/ for some reason i want to it have bigger brakes e46 330i brakes.

    2. Manual Conversion.

    3. M50/M52 - depends on how much coin i have.

Thats that really just keep it nice and tidy.

  4. Thanks for that info Glenn, It must be a M44 engine then i haven't actually seen it yet but will be this weekend hopefully i just assumed it was a M42.

Im after a car that is Small and easy to drive around town. So it had to be a Ti but i don't think that 4 cyl stuff wont keep me happy after a while.

  5. I have got my eyes on a nice Msport 318ti for my new daily its a 1997 M42engine.

Question is the car is auto right now is there a problem in converting it to manual ? i know with my e46 its difficult because of the electronics side, but how about this year ?

Secondly can Manual boxes be mated up to any e36 engine car ? whether it be a m50 or m42 can i still keep the same box ?

And yes at the end of the day it is a little girls car. Cheers
