Hi anybody know if it possible to have the dme software reverted back to older or original. I have a 335i and when new turbos were installed they did the latest dme update. Now the car feels more laggy, they changed the wastegate control in the new updates to reduce the rattle but give you more lag. BM workshop said no using auslogic, but maybe a dealer could?

Came across this today, nzsale.co.nz has BMW Motorsport clothing on sale ( and Mercedes) sale closes in tomorrow. Go to menswear and scroll down, unfortunately you have to sign up to see the sales.

I don't think anyone on here would highly recommend if it was just from a google search. How about you ring some of the ones mentioned and you should get a better picture

I highly recommend Auto Trans- Kevin or Tim. They do work for BM Workshop Grey Lynn

Think you are looking at around $400 for install. Do you have a mechanical warranty with the car?

Yes out of the usual mods for the 335i when matched with the appropriate map its a good bump in performance. You will notice. Note if there is any rattle in your turbos it will be amplified by the downpipes. BM Worksop grey Lynn have intsalled plenty and are great guys.

Hi Suresh sorry to hear about the dramas! Yes arn't those insurance companies fun, i dug my toes in and got them to pay for half. At least you got the amount of your policy back to help contribute, though not ideal. I hope the car is now running sweet.

I certainly think so

Nope no codes or problems

I have a cobb also, just make sure your spark plugs are newish and your coil packs are in good health. You can pick which map to run depending on the boltons you have

Hi Dan , I have an E91 and have vsrf downpipes and the sound did not really increase at all, but great performance when matched with map. Mine are currrently off at the moment, if you would like to have a look at the pipes themselves. I am the same as you and was not wanting a loud exhaust

Get a Limited slip diff, not sure if they are available for 2011 yet. Will stop the one wheel slipping and engaging the traction control. I have one for my 07 335i Touring.

Woolf Mufflers. If you do that plus downpipes be carefull the sound doesn't drive you crazy.
