Thanks Mike. looking forward to joining the clan of E39's (although wish it was an M5!! **sigh**)
-
my thoughts too. perhaps I should sell it for $10 and find a E34 540iS?
-
Yeah I know. Gonna miss the E34 and it pre raw feel, its exhaust note etc. But alas.... will get another one one day as a project. Wanna put a V12 in one, but need to save some pennies first, and not much point doing it to the current one as its simply too mint.

Was only $7k at an estate sale. Pretty good price really.

Just had a full inspection 2 in september. Spoke to the dealer, they reckon its a well above average example. Will no doubt need some love, but hey, they all do. Cheers all.

So same as my E34 then basically. Although this one has a service history, E34 did not. Ah well, brought it anyway. Even made money on the sale of my E34!!!!!!!
-
Just on 200k. Has a religeous full service history, kiwi car with 2 owners.

Yep, seen that but all seem to be E36's and dodgy imports at that. Thanks for the though though!
-

Hi, My Bro in law is getting married in Taupo late Feb (23rd) and are wanting a Black BM as a bridal car. Anyone have one and could help?? Or recommend someone? Cheers
-
Well said. I too love E34 & E39, both are awesome. But there is something about the look of the E34 that makes it a bit more classic. Similar to the E30 & E36. They've only become better with age.
-
Yeah I know, but I'm not thinking 528. in a E39 I would go 535 or 540.

That 2nd link caught my attention that u posted markq gotta decide wether I want leather or not though... No worries dude. Being NZ New should help too. That one also states it has full service history. If only it had a bigger motor, then I might buy it!
