Hey, I have a B10 chip to put into my 535iS which apparently gives a 15-25hp increase. Anything I need to know before I do this??? I assume its safe and wont blow up the ECU??
-
Do you have a Siemens fan blower resistor???
-
Do it. I've just been dreaming of taking the B10 rouad with my M30. Dunno how much it would cost, but hey, power good!!!! If ya want to get rid of your leather sport interior, I can swap for my cloth!!!!

This guys doesn't know if he's coming or going!!!!! What an idiot!!!!

Hey, From my research (maybe flawed) I have taken off the carpeted panel beside the clutch and the black plasticy panel above the panels and I'm looking in towards the centre console but cant see anything that stands out. Heater controls are as you described
-
Ta. Is this right?? http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...hg=64&fg=40 Still, I'm a dumbass!!!! Maybe, just maybe, I should stop hassling you and go to BM to get it done!!
-
Looks so simple in the diagram huh. But alas, I am still searchin. Could it be that mine uses a final stage?? Might have a look over there!!! Or maybe, my car is just unique and doesn;t want to show its resistor!!!

Hey, I have a new resistor for my E34's heater fan thingy and I cannot find where the heck it should be. I know I have asked this dumb question before, but no matter where I look and what panels I take off I just can't see anything similar!!!!! Anyone have a helpful link with a pic of where it is hidden?? Or have I f'd up and brought the wrong part???? Cheers!
-
Nice!!! As a matter of interest, what did that set you back??
-
Somehow I dont think that will make it faster. But cheers!

UK import. brought here by original owner in 95. covered 121mls (192kms ish) Drives like its done less than half that!! previous owner spent a fortune on it with authentic BM parts.

Hey, E34 535iS needs more power....................how do it get some more thrills without spending a fortune or blowing up the car!!
-
Nice pic dude!

EFIRTY, did you meet the seller in Taupo??? Its a great car, I had it check over by Jeff Gray BMW in Welly and fully serviced, they couldn't fault it. Just need to get the drivers seat rips fixed or replaced and that outta finish it off. Leather...............no........sigh.
-
Will throw up some more pics in the W/E
-
Yeah, it was on TM a little over a month ago. Interior is very good apart from two small rips in the drivers seat. Looking at getting this fixed or replaced. Apparently I can get a new seat cover from BMW Germany for around $400. Wish it had leather though............sigh.

Cheers Dude. So do I take off the carpeted bit on the right side or just the lower cover under the dash.

I have the part, but just can't find the current one.
