Just read something interesting, In a recent test by Car and Driver (6/97) for "The Best-Handling Car for Less Than $30,000" the 318ti placed a close second to a Honda Prelude SH beating out power houses like the Camaro Z28, the Mazda Miata and the Eagle Talon TSi AWD. The Miata and Talon both have supreme handling, if that review is true, I can't wait to get my 318

Haha, well, it turns out I have photos of the wrong BMW. To cut a long story short, the guy in Japan and myself got our wires crossed. And sent me photos of two BMWs exactly the same (but different front) and I wasn't sure which was the one I purchased(both red, same wheels, etc) and he said it was the one that I showed you guys, but it's not, it's this one As you can see, both look identical, except for the front, So that's really the one I have. ps, can anyone tell if that's a genuiine M-Technik front bar?

What's the best option for a carbon bonnet, find one already made, or get one made? I wouldn't mind one if they wern't too expensive, like if I can find one cheap enough I would take it.

Those white DTM's won't fit on my 318, I just rang Top Town. I was thinking of some BBS RX's or RX2's, need to find out pricing though

Hi all, New here, just signed up as I have recently purchased a BMW. I've always been a Japanese Import lover, but there's something about BMW's that draws me in. I purchased a 1996 318Ti, it's done 42,000km. It's still in Japan, as I only bought it today, so I won't have it for another month or so. Does anyone know if these wheels will fit on my BMW? DTM 099's, 17x7. Hope to have some fun here
