Yeah, will be driving it stock for awhile, to see what I think needs changing, adding, etc If I like it stock, it'll stay that way.

Since my E36 318Ti will be here soon, I am starting to thinking of what to do with it. I will be keeping the exterior standard, because of the Mtechnik kit, and maybe change wheels(not yet though), so I was just thinking of small things I can do for powergain and handling? Which things would be more appropraite? I had in mind, exhaust, lower(shocks and springs) and strut brace(s). Will these be effective? I don't have a huge budget, so I can't tune the engine like I'd want to, so I see those mods as fairly cheap. Any advice?

For my Subaru (since I don't care about ) I just use a brush and bucket of water with wash & wax in it(industrial bulk stuff) ;Jumps up and down waiting for BMW to get here; When that does get here, i'll be taking good care of it, washing, polishing, waxing, etc etc

Cook up a pot of charm for that extra points at night?

Is there any place that sells M/BMW wheels in NZ (preferably north island)? I've seen heaps of eBay Australia, but i'd rather get them locally.

I want those!

Okay, looks like i'll just look for some Motorsport/BMW wheels rather than go aftermarket.

Sorry i've been asking so many questions, but going from a Nissan know-it-all to a BMW-Newbie is a long step. :bounce: What offset are E36's? What size studd pattern, I know it's 5 stud, but like 0x0

Forgive my ignorance, but what's shadow lining?

Since my Ti's not here yet, I went to check one out at a yard, and it had a 240km/h speedo, I was wondering if they all do?

Well, i'm a fan of Jrock, but that kind of plate would not go well with a Euro car As I said in my previous post, might just upgrade standard plate to a euro

Yeah, I wana find some clear rear indicators, and maybe some front ones. Instead of a personalised plate, I might just upgrade the standard one to a Euro plate
