Ok, i think im going to move to a more sensible offset for now Up for sale are my near new sportmax 002s they have a few scuffs, one where i slowly and painfully ground along the curb at my house , and a few more light ones from them falling over when i had them in storage. they come with 3 goodyear 205/45/16s in very good condition and one falken 205/45/16 in not-as-good-but-still-good condition If your reading this you probably know what sportmax 002's are so not much else i can say! wanting around $1300 with tyres Cheers

Ive got the 002's on my e30 with 205/45/16 tyres and they rub. definitly wouldnt go bigger, if i could go back and get new tyres i would probly go with 195s

Haha nah no way sorry, it took me ages to find that interior! i used to have old ripped cloth seats its so much better now

At $1300? haha well i guess ill be stuck with rubbish shocks for a while because ill be lucky to even afford those ones! Unless anyone wants to give me a hand with paying for some higher end ones

Oh ok, cheers for your help. think i might go for the xyz, even they are at the very top of my price range while im at uni haha.

So this xyz suspension setup will be good? does any one know can you adjust the stiffness of the ride or only height? Indecorous is your price negotiable at all?

Oh yeah, i have seen those on trademe. Whats the main differences between the xyz coilovers and d2s? i noticed that the rears are not infact coilovers, is there any negatives about keeping the suspension this way? i presume it makes installing them easier because you just replace standard parts with the xyz parts? Sorry for noob questions

That would be great if i have the 60mm, cause then ill just fit some 40mm in the back and it should be sweet. Anyone know a way to find out what i have? 40 or 60mm? cheers

Can anyone tell me what lowness jamex springs mine would be? they were in when i got the car, and all i know is that they are jamex, but if i was to get some higher springs id have to know what mine are

Thanks for the replys and welcomes, Im up in orewa, north or auckland. Yup the wheels are sportmax! I did take it back and complain, but the guy said he's rolled the guards as far as they go, its my fault for having 0 offset rims (coulda told me that before i got it done for $90!) . I also rang another panelbeater who does it for $60 a guard, he said that the guys probably telling the truth. Tyres that are on it are 205/45, the guy at mag and turbo said stretched 195/45s might help a bit too. And yeah it is lowered, im thinking i might just get some not-so-low rears. I have pics of it how it was a few weeks back, ill put some up. Changes since the pics are smoked indicators, black grill and the wheels, ill try take some new pics when the weathers nice!!

Hi everyone, im new to bimmersport. My names Sascha and ive had my e30 325i manual for about 2 and a half years now. Finally got round to replacing the chromes :puke: with some 16x8 0 offset gun metal grey wheels . So i bought the wheels, and got my guards rolled at mag and turbo today but they still rub almost non stop!! Any tips on what to do about that? ways to bend the guard out to make it fit? is it even possible? Any help appreciated!
