Hi guys, Does anyone have a headlight for a f/l e30 318i? I'm after the outside light on the driver's side. Some how the glass on mine seems have shattered, stones I guess. I'm also interested in a white front valance for an e30, mine is a bit torn (been like that since I got it) and I have been told it would be about $80 to straighten it out. So if I can pick one up for cheaper than that that would be ideal, else I'll go ahead and get mine fixed I guess. Cheers.

Yeah man, thanks for passing on the info about it too btw, managed to get him to drop the price even more afterwards. As you did mention to me it does have some things that I will want to do it to, but in the mean time its still pretty quick and looks the part.

Sounds good. Yeah its all certed and legal. It could do with some wider wheels, but I'm in no rush. There are a few other things that need my attention first. Looking forward to a cruise.

Hey guys, I've just recently picked up a 1989 e30 with a ca18det conversion (you might have seen it on trademe a few times). I got quite a good deal on it so I'm pretty happy. It needs a bit of tidying up but all in all its in pretty decent condition and pulls hard. Maybe once I've done a bit more cosmetic fixes and maybe a bit of work to the engine I'll post up some better / more recent photos. Cheers, Ross

Hi there, Do you have a photo of a Understeering Wheel Panel as I'm not quite sure if its what I'm after or not.

Ahh yeah, haha well that will be on my to-do list with a bunch of other things. Not really something major to me though as long as there is airflow.

Yeah thats my thoughts exactly, CA18DETs are cheaper than SR20DET and just as bulletproof (as least if you run them on good oil) from what I've heard. Not as powerful as the SR20DET but I'm not that much of a speed demon and it looks tidy which is what I want also. Might be more efficient than the standard 318i engine too The engine was in an auto 180sx so its probably had a pretty easy life so hopefully it'll have a bit left in it, if not it might be $1000 for a new engine and have it installed so thats not bad at all, about half the price of an SR. @wolley - nah he didn't mention why he went for a CA instead of an SR, im assuming because the 180sx he pulled it from was cheap.
