  1. $150 Detail Depot had them at $299 Has been a great tool to work with but have moved onto a much better polisher, I would keep it as a spare but don't really have the space. The Kestrel DAS-6 "Power +" Dual Action Polisher. Kestrel have built on the success of the DAS-6 polisher and come back with the DAS-6 Power+, the same great formula as before but now with a more powerful motor, longer lead and even quieter than before. 'Dual Action' machine polishers are low risk and produce far superior results compared to hand polishing. Ideal for removing swirls and minor scratches as well as applying glazes, sealants and waxes. Fully compatible with backing plates and pads available for the Meguiars G220 units as all units share the same orbit thread size of 5/16" x 24. Features: Powerful 850w motor Removable D Handle 8mm Orbit Variable Speed Dial 6 speed settings 5" Backing Plate 6" Backing Plate 4 meter heavy duty cable Fits 5", 6", 6.5" & 7" pads 5/16 thread - same as Meguiars G220 CNC Machined Gears Wrench & Manual
  2. Long story short, I bought these thinking they were real. Unfortunately really good replicas/fakes/copies whatever you want to call them. Pair Takata Race Harnesses - Brand new $250 Located - Wellington
  3. Well, after using Meguiars, Auto Glym and Mothers leather cleaner and conditioner. Meguiars - quite a greasy feel Auto Glym - had to apply a few layers, was smooth after 3rd layer Mothers - wasn't to bad, but felt a bit dry They were all tested on my MK5 Golf R32. The Chemical guys was fast, effective and no greasy residue. Estimate time would be from wash to final buff off the wax; 6-7hours with half hour break.

Definitely will try and make it to one of the meets!
  9. G'day, Names Tim and I don't own a BMW! I know! Shocking isn't it?! But have always been a very big fan of BMW's and maybe some day I will own a E60 M5! This is my daily As you can see I'm very heavily involved with the VW's, but I also have a Honda Integra Race car...... unfortunately no good photos of it yet as it's still in it's project phase. I'll just be that guy poking through threads and adding my 2 cents here and there
