Recently, my headlights are taking longer to turn on. Usually takes a second or two when I have turned the switch. Once the car has been running for a while and I turn the lights off the headlights stay on. The parkers and rear lights turn off but not the outside headlights.

I dont belive the switch has gone as the rears turn off and the buzzer does not sound either. I can turn the lights off by turning the switch on and off multiple times and by locking the car.

This one has me puzzled, any ideas?

+1 mate dont buy a dud. It may seem as though all these ol geezers are giving you a lecture but infact most have learnt the hard way. I bought a cheaper e36 a few years back with a basic AA check and spent 15k on repairing it (my style of driving didn't help). Got rid of that and eventually bought something a lil nicer with a full service history. Hasnt cost me 1c of maintenance in the 2 years of ownership.

Ha how silly of me to assume you had a budget. I have seen a few turbo e30's in Auck but nothing with huge HP. Would love to see a local m20 pushing more than 400rwhp

To standout, doing anything aggressive or out of the ordinary will make people look. Why paint your car a different colour? Why change your wheels? Why go super low? Some people want to be different than the rest, something to be remembered by. I know barely any of the cars on this site. But the ones I do know have been modified. Pjays fluro e36, Bellicose's bright e34 and Ute. As well as Josh's heavily modified e30.

Being different is in. We wouldn't all drive the same car would we, it's how we express ourselves
