  2. going to an e36.

i was in orakei turning right into kupe street. on the flush median about to turn when this toyota surf comming towards me was also turning into kupe street but left. so he had to give way to me. i turned infront of him and he hesitated and decided to go straight. hit in the left hand side and spun me around. his car hit me so hard that i was projected 10-15m up onto a patch of grass with the whole car up on the curb.

the car was still running at the time as well

  3. 10mm will probably clear but you may need bigger than that. How wide are they? 7" rim should have a 15mm spacer while 7.5" you should be using 20mm

yea they are 17" by 7" with an offset of 35 to 42

will they pass a warrant with 15mm spacers?

  4. ive been told offset of 25mm (25p) is mint and looks cool cos it brings the wheels out, standard e30 wheels are 30p.

whats was the offset for your 17's?

im looking at a set of 18's with a offset of 42p

    will they fit?

  5. cheers, just what i need.

ok cool the m42? nah nothing wrong with it aye. it goes well.

i do thrash it a bit and its very quick for a 1.8 i havent needed any tuning for it either, its a strong little engine

  6. Very nice. I like that you have kept the car within keeping of its era without all the bling and rice that you see on so many beemers these days. Well done.

thanks. yes its good to keep things original sometimes, they just look a lot better.
