never met or dealt with Ray but when asked Ray about a replacement door barrell damaged by vandals trying to break in and he found and sent me one to Hawkes Bay,no charge,no freight. Amazing Service and will be recommending to anyone Big Ups to you Ray Much Appreciated Cheers
