Yo like some of the boys have already mentioned the snowflake controls the throttle to the effect that its a real dumb version of traction control but not if you know what i mean. The idea is that it shouldnt let you go like a bat out of hell i.e. unlike sports where it sits in the gears longer (high revs) its meant to stop you from spinning it up in the snow so lower revs. I could be wrong about this cos ive never actully tried but i thought it was meant to stay only in certain gears. That button behind, below and to the right of your steering wheel i believe is a power switch of some degree but ill have a look when i get back home, wasnt important so i cant remember.... im getting old Those rims arent dedicated E46 but of course they can wear them, over the past 2years they have been the BM discounted wheel package. Re ferbs cost about $50 a wheel ... hope this helps.

Hell yes thats real class

Keeping in mind that if you want the best of the best you have to pay the cash
-
When did a 535 become a ti lol I have had quick look at supercharger plug & play but i dont really have the cash at the moment, really i think that sort of money would be a waste on the 318 anyway..like wise 19"mmmm HM3s

Unfortunately shes not black its actually Orient Blue, but still looks very nice. The main reason i got it was the thinking that it would go well with red fluffy dice I can confirm that its a baby 3 with the 1800cc honestly im used to seeing a full as engine bay but thats not the case now. From what i can gather the e36 320 is a second faster 0-60 than the e46 318, also its a manual so in theory it should be a little quicker not that you would notice. The big difference is the lack of roar that was the 6 pot and its just f ing flash inside compared to the e36. Pending on what happens with sale of the e36 i will either be swaping the rims over or shopping for new ones...i hate shopping for new rims!!!

As some of you know ive gone and got myself an 99 e46 318. Shes got sport suspension, sport seats, a manual 5spd, sun roof and all the other BM stuff......shes lovely  I'll miss the sounds of the 6 pot but at the end of the day i think ill get over it. A new car to mod...awesome. Sorry shes not very clean.

Team Ive got a BMC F1 - CDA which is a BMC Carbon Dynamic AirBox i.e. Carbon fiber induction system for an e36 6 pot. This little baby well it isnt that little, anyway this replaces your standard air box, improves the breathing and sound like no tomorrow. Unless youve got an M3 and the cash for a GruppeM then this is the top of the range in induction for a 6 pot throw away ur K & N as this is the real deal. Very easy to install and looks great under the hood not to mention the power gains. Recommended for the 323-328 ive got a 320 but works better on the bigger 6s. This kit is totally cleanable and has been used in NZ Auto Car mag mod upgrade section for years. Retail around $1000nz new asking $750 as ive had it for about 6 months......VERY VERY CHEAP :drugs: Checkout BMCs website http://www.bmcairfilters.com/infoCDA.asp

Not gauging anymore fully for sale!!! She's a 91 diamantschwarz e36 320 Saloon auto. Just ticked over 130k ive done 40,000 of those in the past 15 months of ownership. Ive had installed brand new : M Tech suspension, air con, M3 front bumper, ACS roof spoiler, fully color coded, kenwood single CD steiro, full brake disk replacement, clears all round, e46 style gear shift, BMC-CDA & BBS 17" wheels. Installed used parts : sunroof replacement & glove box. Recently just had its inspection 2 service & 18 months of mechanical warranty left to run. All replaced parts could be supplied i.e. standard bottle top rims, standard air box , bumper the list goes on. Although shes an old girl and has highish ks she in fine form with alot of new gear to coincide with the amount of work done. As you always hear the asking price doesnt come close to what has been spent. Im looking for about $17,000 as is or $15,000 without rims

checkout the big bore throttle body on www.e36coupe.com before you head down the big cash path. If you want to stick with the stock air box i can recomend the BMC panal filter, i used this before i went to a carbon induction system also by BMC. The e36coupe forum is awesome for the e36 boys and girls honestly have a look.

Howz it mate yeah ive been pretty busy i guess... Uve got to weight up everything and the 323s got the gas with out costing you an arm and a leg uve seen the price of high octane of late im constantly thinking of walking out in front of traffic, near $80 a week!! She'll be mega happy with the 25, lucky thing..pics would be good mate so that i dont run her off the road like all the other sheep.
-
It doesnt cost that much 3g nz i understand. Pending what you do with your ride... i.e. for show it would be a great buy if you ask me adding winning potential to any e36/46.
-
Titled the all best round e36 the 323 is awesome, a detuned 325 with a sh*tload of mod potential. First things first performance wise: after market induction system & an enlarged throttle body.
