  1. Aussie touring car racing was good when they had Group A and various manufacturers, but then they decided they didnt like the Aussie taxis being shown up on their own ground so changed the rules and went back to dinosaur racing. Bring on modern technology and more manufacturers, it might make it interesting to watch again. The current format is like f1, 99% of the time just another procession of mobile billboards.
  2. I have a BMW radio from an NZ New car and the antenna does not fit properly, but if you have a radio I could be interested for the other halfs E46
  3. is there any other place to source the antenna adapter? Jeff Gray BMW want $100 for one (used part number found here and on the DIY at E46 Fanatics) which I think is way over the top for price of a small cable.
  4. this is still wanted. Brent doesnt have the part. Also wanting the cable from the loom to the temp sensor, incl the plug since its been destroyed. Sensor is fine though.

    wd tv

was gonna get a WDTV or similar, but when I purchased my LG 50" Plasma TV I found it will accept a 1TB USB Hard drive and play all my movies directly from it... simple and easy too
  6. Rung a couple of places in AKL yesterday, cant recall business names..no dice. None down in Chch wreckers either Everyone says these are very hard to get.
  7. as per title, girlfriend came into the drive a little too quick and ripped the front guard extension aka front lower liner from the left hand side. Looking for a replacement with or without the temp sensor. thanks
  8. Hi All I finally grew up and got out of the japper MR2 and moved into a touch of class. I recently purchased my 1999 E46 328i after the 2nd engine in less than a year died in the "2". I have loved Beemers for many years since Dad got a 528 back in 1980 then later a 2 yr old 1986 528i back when Beemers were rarely seen on the roads. Although Dad and mum have both had more than their fair share of BM's I have only just got one myself. My partner had a 2000 E46 M318 when I first met her, so the writing was on the wall, I had to get one myself. I narrowly missed getting mum's very low k ex UK 318ti but am happy with the new purchase. The first car I took on a track (I had been karting for a year or so) was Dad's 528i. Dad still has his 635csi. He recently sold mums aforementioned 318ti and his 09? 330D estate and took delivery of their pride and joy X1. Anyways, enough rambling from me.
