Does anyone have an E36 Jatco trans that doesn’t try and snap your neck between 1st and 2nd? In Chch, could also do with a matching drive shaft.

I’ve got exactly the same issue, central locking works fine manually but key fob won’t pair? Did you ever get to the bottom of your fault?

Do you still have them?

Haha that's why i'm building it traction is over rated. The paxton or vortech blower will eliminate any hope of traction.

I want to keep it looking standard from the outside, sleeper style.

Not sure yet, would like a 530 5 speed but pretty hard to find so I kept the auto bell housing and ring gear so maybe graft something on to that. Toyota box????

Heaps of room, it needs to back for the front of the sump to clear the sway bar. I'm going to have to move the firewall back a bit and open the tunnel up to fit the bell housing. Then put a Willwood reverse pedal box inside but hey its only cash

Here are some pics of my latest steed in progress, motor has to go down and back 100mm to shut the bonnet but wanted to make sure it fitted in the hole first.

Forgot to mention uncracked dash but drivers seat is ripped as they always are.

Very tidy e30 touring, 5 speed manual, red, sunroof, 97000miles 2 owners from new. Bought it to use as a loaner but to tidy for that and need an auto. For some reason it won't let me upload pics but I can email if interested.
