Everyone says Black but I was thinking more of white so it stands out like in the performance car interiors's. Was gonna show them what a bmw looks like instead of the usual japanese vehicles. Thanks for the offer of the panel and the upholstery but my bmw does not have a sunroof unfortunatly!

I was inspecting my engine this morning and suddenly noticed an alarm tucked away in the corner. im utterly confused! Does it still work? I dont have any alarm remotes that came with my bmw when I brought it second hand, its a e36 1994 318is. Is it possible to get the alarm going again and if so where and how? Cheers

I have finally got the extra cash to fix my roof upholstery and side panel upholstery. I have a 1994 318is with black interior/ Basically everything of the interior is black. I was thinking of getting a creamy white roof upholstery and also side doors upholstery white. So black and white would look good. I will put some pictures up tomorrow of the original interior of my bmw but before I go and get this done I need personal opinions and what they would do instead. My point being is when I resell my car for a FASTER bmw I dont want an interior that would put off buyers but more likely attract them. Thanks for the help!!

Just out of interest how much did you pay for it and how many has it done on the clock, If you prefer not to let me know thats cool. But otherwise mint ride bro - Have a look on ebay there is so much you can buy for E36's aye. Im gonna put an engine start button in. And get a mint performance exhaust to make it a lil more gruntier!! Love the clear indicators! Did you buy them both off trademe for that $99 deal?

How much are you willing to pay my alpine 6 cd changer. I also have some sort of GP shuttle underneath my front passenger seat! Dont know what that does.

Sony Xplod, I have one, Just need a sony changer for the back as my standard alpine wont work with the Sony Xplod headunit.

Hi Taz, I also have a 318is Coupe 1994 model, Black and mint except the roof lining has come adrift! Do you have any pics, would love to see your car. im planning on getting black angel Eyes and clear side indicators, M3 Indicating Mirrors and new tail lights. What 17-18inch mags would you recommend that would look good on my car? Short of cash at the moment but cant wait to do it up!

Mint ride, I have a black 318is Coupe 2 door. Mint ride putting it into sports Mode! the great Traction on the road. The chromes must have cost quite a bit. Im slowly going to be making mine similar to yours but will be getting M3 Mirrors and Angel Eye black Headlights. Unfortunatly I dont have as much luxury as your 318is leather

I will take any offers, Mine is Alpine but yeah it doesnt pick up many FM stations, It includes the CD Changer which is 6 stacker and the GP Shuttle under my passenger seat and the headunit which holds one Cd so a total of 7 Cd's can be holded. Any offers welcome

Well when your've just turned eighteen, Bordering with cash on hand, feeling like your broke with no Job besides hooking people up from goods overseas I think im doing alright with a BMW 318IS Automatic. Proud of my mfirst car as before I was driving my dads Galant VR4 which howver is alot more powerful. But I just love the shape of the E36 and even the E30 3 series! For some reason I find the 5 Series 1985-1993 more for older males/Females who can guzzle petrol down and noy worry! All to themselves! ( Now wheres tthat staple gun to hold the roof upholstery up!!)

So if I put it into Manual Mode do I do nothing else, it doesnt seem to have much power? Could I put it into Manual and then start from 1 to 2 to 3 then into Drive? Sorry not a bmw tech here.

hi, My window insulations is coming a bit loose I think in the top right side door corner. I think its called insulation. so water does not get inside. everytime I put the window down it comes a bit loose. What is the best recommendation to fix this problem. Greatly appreciate the help! Hi, I have also this problem but mine is major. The whole roof upholstery is sagging besides the edges around the roof which holds it up. Can I fix it myself or should I see a specialist to get it done. Also does anyone know the cost to get this fixed? Cheers

Yeah I havent seen white stalkers on a bmw e36 before. I guess I will have to some looking and researching to find the best mags in my affordable price to suit my bmw! I have just brought it and will be flying up to Auckland to collect it. My uncle drove it for a test drive and said it was great so im going by his word. What do you think of the styling on the BMW 318is Coupe? Have you ever driven one and if so was it a decent drive. Cheers

Thanks for the advice, Do you think chrome Mags would look good on a bmw. or would it be to bling! Dont have the cash right now but looking to spend around $1000-$1300 on decent 17inch Mags with decent tyres, Wouldnt matter if they where brand new or second hand in decent condition. Cheers :beer:
