ive got adjustable headlights on my e30.....the only problem is that the wires/tubes things leading from the headlights to the switch have been cut by the goose who had the car before me...the headlights now aim too low....is there anyway to adjust them manually?

i think andrew had the same problem.....where is your oil filter? on the south african e30s its in an incredibly hard place to get to.....the screwdriver through normally works....andrews got a oil filter wrench if u want to drive to his and borrow it.... just that and some persuasion of the non verbal variety normally works...or a hacksaw

is that the black foam stuff on the bonnet? i want to do this too....however i think it is there to protect the paint from the engine heat....tim has gotten round this by having bonnet vents

im assuming you have a facelift e30.....its easy..you need a 10mm allen key and then you get to it from underneath....its round where your towing eye screws in...thats pretty easy....the valance is a bit harder to get off...basically just unscrew everything...the majority of nuts are 10mm and 8mm......ill be doing this in the next couple days..its not that fun!

im looking at getting springs for my e30....can i have suggestions? i want to basically be 100 mm off the ground...dont want to get it certed....ill be using the stock shocks for a while, then upgrading eventually...want a progressive spring...considering the jamex's as well.....suggestions please!

you've been there? i didnt have enough time when i was there to make it...very disappointed in myself...only managed a drive by of both factorys...fair enough...your six is a little bigger than mine ....germans are very efficient people.....probably a complete rebuild every 50, 000k!

yeah mine was once an auto, you can usually tell from the clutch reservoir added as opposed to it being part of the brake reservoir...the funny thing about mine is that its not registered as a 325iA, just a 325i......not sure why....ive got a bit more work to do to the car....hoping to sell the chromes ASAP....got a whole lot of little bits and pieces to get sorted....aim is to be ready for the track day. ive got a 325 exhaust to replace my milo can....the previous owner was a bit of retard..replaced the stock 325 dual exhaust with a single pipe when it got rusty...also gotta get hold of a 325 exhaust manifold going into 2 branches, the South African ones came with a 320 manifold oddly enough...have to get some springs as well....running jamex superlows on the front (horrible) and original mtech springs on back (the guy lost the fronts!) as well as some other work! like fixing my left rear trailing arm this weekend.....i hate curbs

wow...really nice grant....something i aspire to! paint looks good.....the only thing i would recommend would be a painted lip spoiler....a 325 deserves one! its mint!

alternatively, buy my milo can....cant hear anything else at all! personally i love the sound...sounds nice and mechanical....know your engine is doing something!
