na bo it has super lows all round and the new shocks in the rear cos the old ones were goneskis. but as of tomorow the is no longer mine. sold it at the carfair today. so no doubt u will all be hearing from a proud new beema owner

hey if anyone is keen ive got my baby up for sale as im movimg south and need to get a ski wagon. sad to see the old lady go. any way, its a 5spd 1986 silver 4door 318i done 201000kms but as you all know these dont die had another diff put in a month or two back thats done 170,000 (suposedly) shes got some minor panel damage to the front right 1/4 pannel and has been spraypainted lowered on super low jamex and munroe gas shocks in the rear and handles realy well with minimal roll has all factory stereo apart from some alpine 6x9s in the rear shelf its got an RS*R concept muffler and i have made a custom cold air box airbox wich actually work woth a k&n pod other minor engine detailing like polished rocker cover and red bull coil. she comes on the factory 14" hubbies with average tyres (4x dunlop monza 200) nice car to drive im after around $2500 4 it but you never know i may be swayed also open to any swaps for 4x4 stationwagon (legacies, legnums, liberos, that sort of thing) id be hapy to answer any questions. just pm if anyones interested.

hi. i have a slight problem regarding my gas pedal in my E30 318. every time it gets close to the floor it pops down and stays floored (which is not good. i have been drining round in my socks pulling it back with my toes for the last month) i have cheked the throttle springs and the cable and they all seem fine. if anyone has encountered this or has any ideas on what it could be id be keen to hear from ya. ps im still looking for a silver bonnet and pannel.

hey ive got a manual 86 prefacelift silver 4door 318i im trying to sell of if anyone is keen. car has just ticked over 200,000km factory manual sunroof lowdered on superlow jamex springs and munroe shocks in rear. straight through mufler custom homemade intake system (not quite finished) Sounds jvc mp3 headunit fusion 5 3/4 inch components alpine typeS 6x9's DUB amplifier (on 6x9's) new diff done 170,000km (same as old one) car has been in minor accident, mostly repaired just needs new bonnet and front 1/4 pannel. hey guys i have a pre-face e30 318 lowered on superlow jamex's. it drives fine as i have new munroe shocks in the back and i have had no probs, but i have a warrant soon and the front springs are not captive in the standard shocks. i have been quoted $200 for having my 20yr old shocks shortened with a wheel allignment, is this a reasonable price or is there antwhere else i could go for some cheaper shortening or even some cheap new shocks that do not requre further shortning. any help is well considered. cheers guys.

hey fullas. does anybody have experience in putting an sr20det into an E30 318 prefacelift? im looking to do embark on my 1st engine transplant and would like as much advice as possible. any help would be highly appreciated.

so u guys rekon an m10 engine will handle heaps? im in the middle of deciding to drop a jappo sr20det or to turbo my current 318i. which do you think would be the better option for reliability, power, ease and of course cost? any advice greatly appreciated. cheers guys.

what is the difference between a 318i and a 318s? what makes you think i wont be able to beat it with a little work?

does anyone know where to get performance chips for a 318i (e30) i took mine down the 1/4 mile yesterday and achieved a rather poor best time of 17.6 at 125km. i would idealy like to do something about this as i got laughed at. what sort of power gains could i get from a chip? cheers.
