  1. 320/323/325i Intake Kit from K&N As Above:
  2. A few here can now attest to the intake kits above so I thought I'd hightlight some special pricing compared to retail, just so you can see what a cracker deal we can do for you: Let's pick on K&N! 2004 320i 2.2ltr - Our Price $345 delivered, Retail US$382 (NZ$485 + Shipping / Customs GST etc) http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=57I-1000 1998 BMW M3 3.2ltr / 328i etc - Our Price $468 delivered, Retail US$587 (NZ$750 + Shipping / Customs GST etc) http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=57-1000 Same as above - 3-Series II Kit - Our Price $345 delivered, Retail US$382 (NZ$485 + Shipping / Customs GST etc) http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=57I-1001 Lots of cracker prices, options and deals!
  3. Both AFE and K&N do replacement panel filters which drop straight in to your engine. For those who have not touched this area of the car for >30,000kms or who drive in coastal or dusty regions, or for those who want a little more free-flow filtration, these are great deals. Most K&N and AFE filters start from $59 delivered. They do many makes and models, and the AFE example below is for the BMW 5/6/7-Ser 77-89 L6; M3 88-91 L4-2.3L , part number 30-10048 - $116 delivered The K&N filter below is for most 90-99 BMW's - 33-2059 $85 delivered!
  4. Anthony at Status approached us recently to see if we wanted to push their seats down here in New Zealand. Personally, I've known and followed Status for a long time, initially on Honda-tech and then with various overseas Honda owners and their builds. What caught my eye initially was the kevlar recliner they did, in red, way back when.. (2004?) They are hand made in the USA. A bonus - as the provenance can be easily established and tracked. Their site is at: www.statusracing.com They are also unique in the fact that they can custom stitch and embroid any seat. Also, they are able to offer customisable FIA Approved seats. Pretty cool if you're running a special build. They also do FIA Harnesses! Whilst we don't know the costs yet per seat, they will be in the Racetech / Bride FRP / Sparco range. The benefit is, they are cheap to ship with frequent ocean services Ring GT FIA Approved in FRP or Carbon Kevlar. Carbon version (not Carbon Kevlar) pictured: Spa Recliner And an example of their custom seats: Bucket Seat Status Ring FIA - FRP - Cloth - $945 delivered Status Ring FIA - FRP - Leather - $1220 delivered Status Ring FIA - FRP - Ultrasuede - $1115 delivered Status Ring - Carbon Fiber- Cloth - $1599 delivered Status Ring - Carbon Fiber- Leather - $1925 delivered Status Ring - Carbon Fiber - Ultrasuede - $1825 delivered Status Ring FIA - Carbon Kevlar - Cloth - $1825 delivered Status Ring FIA - Carbon Kevlar - Leather - $2135 delivered Status Ring FIA - Carbon Kevlar - Ultrasuede - $2025 delivered Status Ring GT and GTX (the larger versions) are a tad more. Not FIA Approved however. Recliner Seat Status SPA - Carbon Fiber - $1515 delivered!! Thoughts? Mac mac@fortyone.co.nz http://www.fortyone.co.nz Facebook: Here
  5. There's always shipping, it's just already included. Also it might be clearance prices or old stock. But if it's cheaper it's cheaper - grab one!
  6. Yep Comes in the one size http://www.sparcousa.com/product/pro-adv $1390ea Shipping for one or two - $230 If this reply is outdated no problem!
  7. E46 M3 2-Layer Radiator http://www.mishimoto.com/bmw-e46-performan...ator-99-07.html $493 with Ocean freight (leaves end of month, 3 weeks on the ocean) $555 with DHL air freight (ETA 1-2 weeks)
  8. Warranties are always a valid question for any part. Mishimoto have backed all their parts with their own warranty: http://www.mishimoto.com/warranty-info.html We have had one issue with a radiator for a DC5 and Patrick at Mishimoto sorted it within a week. So, true to their word, the don't ask questions and their replacements have been prompt and professional. Further to this, you are also covered by New Zealand commercial law (the CGA) too =] We do not hold stock on hand from Mishimoto - primarily because of exchange rates. In this market, you cannot sit on 50/100/200% profits like - for example - Briscoes do with towels (that'd be more like 10,000% profit!). As the exchange rates go up and down, prices do also. So, we won't stock up on $300 widgets, when in a month those same widgets can be only $200. Hope that's all crystal clear!
  9. Next up - cooling options! Oft-requested BMW parts include the radiator and cooling options (fans, thermostats) and short of quoting $800+ for Koyo and the likes, Mishimoto is the preferred option to consider. They are very well priced, they are very good radiators and are well suited to sprint and track work especially. They have a thin line of options but certainly worth a look at. If you're keen on snapping one up, we can also do ocean freight from the US to keep prices down - as at around 15lbs and up (30lbs+ for the triple row) there is money to be saved shipping slowly. http://www.mishimoto.com/bmw-radiator-perf...e-aluminum.html Take a peek there, and if you want a price on any item including the universal goodies like oil coolers and fans, just ask! We'll do a strong Bimmersport discount! Mac mac@fortyone.co.nz http://www.fortyone.co.nz Facebook: Here
  10. There's not a lot of classic BMW body kit makers on the market these days and very few dabble in the newer series either, due to the fact that off-the-shelf, the BMW is a pretty complete aero package. It's only when you go wild with GTR type lines that you benefit greatly from aerodynamic benefits - but not everyone wants to race! We've only been asked a couple of times for E30 kit items - mainly front lips and bumpers - and as a result Duraflex seems to always be the preferred brand. They do many other BMW (and Audi / VW / etc) items so take a peek: http://www.duraflexbodykits.com/ We are fortunate enough to be able to ship with Kiwi Shipping cheaply, so oversized items are no issue. So if there's something tempting, ask! Mac mac@fortyone.co.nz http://www.fortyone.co.nz Facebook: Here
  11. Comparing prices for you, since posting the thread. New prices in Bold! Container (2 week transit, departs monthly) +$120. Air (avg weight 55lbs) with DHL +$290.
  12. More options to add to the list and they are two goodies that we've dealt for years! Gruppe M http://www.gruppem.co.jp/ A Japanese air intake kit designer and retailer, Gruppe M are more or less for the modern performance car. From Honda to BMW, they make many different cold air intake boxes and kits - and also dabble in Carbon Fiber work also, for which they are quite famous. They use K&N filters (so better to just grab that off us, direct) but some of the intake pod-filter kits go a little beyond a drop-in filter style. We can search for your application, but you can also try to find it yourself too: http://www.gruppem.co.jp/matching/products...arch_result.php Let us know the year, make, model and chassis and we'll let you know the delivered price! AFE http://afepower.com/ AFE are a famous intake filter maker who supply many brands around the world - and of course - they do their own items. Ranging from drop in filters to cold air systems, there's normally a solid option for your needs - from street to race to standard replacement. Again you can search their site yourself and throw a part number at us, or we can search on your behalf with your year, make, model and chassis. 13. There's not many car marques out there that can claim to nail the styling of OEM Wheels on factory cars. Unless you've got a few hundred thousand that is for the top-of-the-line cars! With that in mind, one of the first upgrades customers do is to add wheels that better suit their needs - be it style, weight, race, strength or otherwise. We don't often stock wheels. With 10's of different widths, sizes, diameters, offsets, bolt-patterns, colors and face types (not to mention brands, finishes and custom PCD's!) it's near impossible to stock enough options to cover everyone's wants. I think adding up all the different wheel options presents over 2,000 unique wheels from the brands we sell that you can choose between! Secondly, wheels are no cheaper or expensive to hold in stock or order in as wanted - we always do the sharpest spot price we can! So with that in mind, I hope some of the following brands have wheels and options that suit your needs. I'll comment on each brand to help you refine your own search a little so that you can find the style wanted, quicker! 5Zigen http://www.5zigen.co.jp/products/wheel/index.html Work Wheels http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/products/index.php Wolf http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/products/index.php Weds (Specifically: http://wedssport.jp/index.html ) http://www.weds.co.jp/ Buddyclub http://www.buddyclub.us/~OldSiteContents/b...ub/product.html SSR http://www.rd-tanabe.com/lineup/ssr/ RS Watanbe http://www.rs-watanabe.co.jp/index2.htm 5:Axis (Five Axis) http://www.fivead.net/ Rays http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/2009/products/ Yahoo Auctions! 14. Morning Ya'all. I've noticed in the FS forum that bushes, arms, rods and other suspension / chassis bushes are a pretty common request amongst owners for replacement. We deal with Energy, Prothane and Whiteline so perhaps there's some solutions we can provide for your chassis. The best place to search (and tell us the part numbers needed) is here: http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/categories.asp?cat=BMW That covers Energy parts, but they also list Prothane and Whiteline on the same site. To see Whiteline parts, you can also visit: http://www.whiteline.com.au To see Prothane parts, they have their catalog here: http://prothane.com/ If you want you can ask us, or link us to the items wanted and we'll quote you, plus let you know stock numbers and ETA where we can! 15. Once again injectors + BMW's are new for us also but we're doing what we know best to get you the deals! I've asked John @ RC Engineering also if they make injectors for the BMW line of engines (update: Prices and options below also!), but in the mean time here's some BMW deals (you will know better than we do if they will suit other engines also!) Deatschwerks Injectors http://www.deatschwerks.com/products/fuel-.../2001-06-m3-e46 440cc $715 delivered 550cc $799 delivered RC Engineering Injectors Some of the port injected inline-6s used in the 5 and 1 series are also suitable for these. Since RC injectors are patterned off the Bosch EV1 injector, their injectors will fit most BMW applications utilizing this type of injector. We'll confirm for you first if unsure! Drop in for 3-Series E30, E36 and some E46 Models (at least!) 155cc to 270cc $104 ea delivered 320cc to 370cc $117 ea delivered 550cc to 1200cc $134 ea delivered So I hope this is a good start and we can always ask RC and Deatsch for options and thoughts! 16. Now, we'll be the first to admit that when it comes to electronically tuning the BMW's, we've not got much of an idea. However, when it comes to the newer BMW's, many of our customers stick to the BMW Cobbsport Accessport: http://www.cobbtuning.com/BMW-AccessPORT-p...port-ap-bmw-001 At $1199 ea delivered for Kiwi's (cheaper for overseas customers!) they are a small, lightweight tuning tool for modern Bimmer's. They are internationally compatible (see their charts) and we've sold these to the UK, New Caledonia, within the US and here in NZ (Oz also!). Short of completely replacing your ECU they seem to be the tool of choice. There's plenty of information on the Cobb Tuning site and lots of web reviews also, so always feel free to research this yourself - but we're happy to get you the goodies you want regardless! Hope this is a solid deal for the new year for ya'all! Mac mac@fortyone.co.nz http://www.fortyone.co.nz Facebook: Here
  17. Probably way too late, didn't see the email for replies to this! 10220914 $4165 delivered (retail is $3750ish plus shipping, plus customs GST and clearance. Our price is all inclusive, to your door)
  18. With the help of Mainfreight and low oversized shipping prices, it's now pretty cost effective to get in Sparco FIA approved seats for your car. With prices starting at $1199 delivered for the Evo and Evo II, and $1269 delivered for the Pro 2000 and Pro 2000 II, and $1345 delivered for the Ergo seat (new) in any color, it's hard to find a more reputably branded seat with FIA approval for less. FIA Approval lasts 5 years from the date it was stamped, but, MSNZ recognises seats beyond this, so they do not expire unless standards change. The new Ergo seat especially is a steal - a fully restrained seat to protect drivers shoulders and head in crashes. They are shipped on the ocean with containers leaving once a month roughly! Evo / Evo II Sparco USA Sparco USA Pro 2000 / 2000 II Sparco USA Sparco USA Ergo Sparco USA Rails are available for most common performance chassis's also, and ship freely with each seat! Harnesses can also ship for free with each seat ordered. Actually, everything but other seats and harness bars can ship for free - helmets, suits, pedals, knobs, clothing and so on. We'll confirm each item wanted so you can be sure it's suitable. For the full Sparco seat line up, check their site: Sparco USA Mac mac@fortyone.co.nz http://www.fortyone.co.nz Facebook: Here
  19. With the US$ heading up to 80, prices keep trending down a little! Jump over to http://www.kw-store.com/products.html and search for your application and let us know what you want a quote for. Ocean shipping can also be used as it's very cheap and quite speedy!
  20. Finally, we've cracked the back of Enkei - a brand always bought via Japan but which has been historically cheaper from their US Arm! And since we have, the words have come out of the woodwork! For most wheels, I believe we're around 20% cheaper than local options! A set of RPF1's for example, in 17x9, is around $1790 + Shipping - or under $2000 with ocean freight - which, judging by the recent orders, means they are a steal! Take a peek at the wheels here: http://www.enkei.com/ We also do the full range from the following wheel brands: Work Wheels Rays Wheels SSR Wheels 5Zigen Buddyclub Weds Wheels Advan Wheels Always ask about others!
