it took him half an hour to remove my front springs, and back springs take about10-15min

yeah if pboy cant do them ive got a mate who runs his own workshop can do them for you about 40$ per hr

plus ive heard they leak if round all the way down, but if you can also get the shocks shortened and that lower it some more.. you sick of the bounce already matt :P/
