Jammasterjames 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2007 That show went off like a MF Bomb.... Damn, wish they could keep playin all night... Feel sorry fo tha haters, couldn't appreciate one of the best live acts to see in this present time. Loved every minute of it, 'specially tha Jams and long solos / intros / endings... kicks ass to hear songs redone for the live show Flea, John and Chad are a f'in tight unit...much respect and bigs to those funky-ass boys. And if you wanna diss Tony... read the bio, he never meant to be a singer...mad props for what he does Only 2 bads for me: (1) first time to go to a rock show and be in the stands (ie blocked from tha mosh!!) (2) Andy from Little Britain doing the opening act

Gus 5 Report post Posted April 29, 2007 yeah that f**ktard sucked opening act chilis were great, being up front cancelled out any sound issues for me! would have liked more old stuff, but what can you expect, those tours have all been done...this is a stadium arcadium tour! glad i went to watch, bit annoyed about releasing tickets on the night as i had to be scalped to get hold of some! m325i 709 Report post Posted April 30, 2007 Its mean. Sound (as you have heard) has some reverb, but I have been to far worse. Just like the wrestling arenas on TV. USA!USA!

Grant 4 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 I thought that it was an excellent night (I was at Saturday night's concert), and that AK did a pretty good job considering he was pretty sick with Bronchial Pneumonia. The other three more than made up for it. They were phenominal, Flea was amazing. I was pretty happy with the set list - was a good mixture of Stadium Arcadium and earlier stuff. We were seated near the front of the seated area, right in the middle and the sound was pretty good there. The Vector arena as a whole is pretty good. Plenty of toilets, entrances to various area, plenty of food/drink outlets, and easy to get into and out of. Cheers Grant

greenday-rulz21 6 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 I don't think the sound was bad at all, I couldn't even tell. It might be interesting to see what all of your favorite songs were? Mine was By the Way, can't remember to much but By the Way really stood out, I don't think there was 1 person in the stadium who wasn't singing
Grant 4 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 It might be interesting to see what all of your favorite songs were? Can't Stop (my favourite Chili's song....was done averagely on the night...but I still liked it - I would rather they played it later in the set - but it is their traditional opener) This Velvet Glove (great song - and well done on the night for a difficult song to play live - thanks to Josh the second guitarist) Throw away your television (They really hit high gear here) Readymade (great performance again) Californication (a bit boring, but a good anthem none the less) Nobody Wierd Like Me (brilliant great to see some of the classics from a great album like Mothers Milk) Suck My Kiss (brilliant, and energetic, I loved it) Sir Psycho Sexy (too great for words, couldn't believe they played it) Higher Ground (this was the perfect was to finish up, again brilliant) I also liked the jamming as well, however the last one dragged on a bit too long. Oh yeah our seats were U144 - U147 Cheers Grant

jpp 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 Went Sunday, thought most vocals were rather blurred and muffled, but thought it was just me and my hearing from loud music i normally listen too. Good all round night. Missus wasn't overly impressed though.
