I dont know what you mean by oem but I asked the same sort of questions when I bought them they are dot stamped and have not had them long and passed a w.o.f. hope this helps ! so I persume the answer to your question is yes? Or after markets vendors such as Depot or others? :-) yeah they are after market parts @ this price ! genuine bmw ones are nearly 150.00 dollars hence why I bought these ones and they look the same?
