bmw.maniac 1 Report post Posted May 30, 2007 What's the difference between a 'SE' e30 and a 'normal' e30? Is it just a better spec'd version of e30? Thanks Heaps, still learning this kind of stuff!
Driftit 2079 Report post Posted May 30, 2007 By SE you must mean the Facelift version. Its just the newer E30. Im not sure of all the changes though. All the parts are pretty interchangeable. Obvious features would be that the pre facelifts have chrome bumpers while the facelift have plastic ones.

jjs 64 Report post Posted May 30, 2007 Im pretty sure BMW NZ called E30high spec verisons "SE", as in special equipment. This was definately done with E36's (which usually meant leather, climate air and a few more gizmos). None were ever badged as an "SE" but you will see it on some reg stickers. Surge 1 Report post Posted June 1, 2007 I'll let you know when Dad writes his car off Penry. Going to use them for re-sealing your quarter window in that road-tank?
