drifty325i 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2007 (edited) what ever you DONT put 18s on it please LOL Edited August 2, 2007 by Drifty 340i V8
ED1RTY 2 Report post Posted August 1, 2007 I think what Riley is trying to say is DONT put 18's on it. Take a look around on here at some of the E30's also have a look in the 'members rides' section on 'www.r3vlimited.com' there are some awesome E30's on there. Please dont be another to kill a great looking E30 18's will screw with your ride quality and handling. 16" wheels are optimal for an E30. You will get the most out of your car. bravo 35 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 r3v cars are all much their own style - it is very... well... r3v. that said, it is a very good way to do it in my opinion, and what I have tried to achieve with some of my own persona taste thrown in. drifty325i 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 hey i got the idea from this car thought it looked prity cool. how will it stuff my car ride up? im new at this Does look good, if you can find some 16'' or 15'' with the correct offset 15p to 30p and a nice lip you could paint the centers black. Would look hott
bravo 35 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 I know that car and those are 18's but the owner told me he didn't like them as the ride was too harsh and he's running spacers to make them fit (illegal without a cert). That style is nice, but do it with 16's or 17's.
Mavrick 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 Just get some factroy 15" weaves and paint the center balck and leave a silver lip or paint the center your car body colour and leave a silver lip....Would look sik as, lowered tastefully.. My 2c Mavrick

My 2c Mavrick Yea good luck with that... If you did find some (which I didn't after like 4 months of trying...), Gunmetal weaves would be hot. Mavrick 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 You can buy them new but not really worth it IMO. Haha, thats how it is though.....whenever you're looking for something it's never avaliable.
Cale 36 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 How would you put German plates on with that plastic bit between back lights?
Matthew 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 i might then go for 17" , dont realy wont 15" or 16" do you reckon the black with the chrome lip would look sweet on this car
parriehunter 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 How would you put German plates on with that plastic bit between back lights? It just unscrews.undo your plate and then it is quite obvious how it is held in. just 4 screws.
Matthew 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 any do you have to have spacers with any 18" to fit on my e30 thanks alot
Mavrick 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 I would say so....it would be near on impossible to find any 18's that run the correct rwd offset. Spacers would be needed which would require you to get a cert.
Matthew 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 ohkay how much do certs cost thanks alot
