325_driver 422 Report post Posted October 3, 2007 im doing a manual conversion to my e34 535i so new cross member? will i need one from just any manual e34 flywheel im going to ask in here, have put a topic in wanted to buy, but havent been sucessfull do i just need a e28 flywheel to suit a m30 motor? any have one ? Pedal box do i just need any old pedal box from a e34 525 manual lets say?? i will get the rest of ray e.g. clutch line, master cylinder, etc\ Cheers, any help ? Brennan 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2007 well since noone else has commented. i would assume the pedal boxes would be the same as they were with my e30. Also you dont really need the whole box just the brake and clutch pedal and the longer bolt that holds them. I found it easier to just put that in than do the whole pedalbox. Again thats in a e30. Again thats in a e30.correct . just swap pedals , bolts etc .any m30 flywheel , 525i 528i 535i from e28 or 628i 635i e24, e23 735i 728i , or older stuff like 3000csi etc . i have used a m20 crossmember from e34 and just drill out some new holes to line up to chasis Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
