Apex 693 Report post Posted January 14, 2008 So nice! Something you’d only dream about. I wonder why it’s never been driven?? Surly it wouldn’t be a good investment. Do the centre parts of the Mags come off?

Do the centre parts of the Mags come off? Yes, the centre parts come off - same wheel underneath as the throwing star wheels. No, I doubt it would be a good investment then or now - not like it is one of the super limited edition models - 20 Jahre Edition etc. IMO, E34 M5 will never be as collectable as E30 M3 anyway due to lack of motorsport history. bmw.maniac 1 Report post Posted January 14, 2008 Haha those are not whitewalls! Why not? "Whitewall tires or white sidewall (WSW) tires are tires having a stripe or entire sidewall of white rubber." Futhurmore: "narrow stripe white wall tires [like this: Narrow Whitewalls , and like the M5 above] were common throughout the 1970s and 1980s"

But it does give the impression they are.
