I guess you could call them "super low" you be the judge on the photos below These are high qauilty springs that are only slightly stiffer than stock springs. Perfect for lowering your e46 with on standard shocks without comprimising ride comfort.. In otherwords if your after the "look" without the crap handling/ harsh ride these are perfect for you. Im selling them because I no longer need them as im running KW v2 coilovers. Here is a couple of photos of my car when I had them in with the 19x8.5 fronts and 19x9.5 racinghart rear wheels.
