JATCO CO Auto transmission 325i vanos wanted!

i have recently converted my 316iA to a 325i, but as it turns out the doner car had a stuffed transmission, im sure it was due to it being driven with oil leaking out the cooler after egghead old owner crashed it..

so now i only have 1st, 2nd and some times 3rd.. and just flares if i gas it over half way.

i need an auto transmission for now but i'll be after a manual conversion when i save a bit of cash.

can any one help!!
