bmwchick08 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2008 Hey everyone, just thought i'd let you know who i am..the name is Zoe and i'm new to this siteI got the website of one of my workmates as i'm looking for some parts for my car..I have a 1987 318i BMW I recently bought it off a chick who as decided she needs a bit of a change in car, it was doing well and just needed a couple of things like.. New Shocks and A new WindUp Sunroof (not electric) until recently my guages have all gone haywire haha I now no longer have a speedo, my petrol guage seems to playing up a lil too and my km's dont click over anymore..I think the only thing working now is my rev counter!I also had a friend pull on the bonnet lever and snapped the cable off the handle and that was fixable until recently someone used plyers to open it and cut it even shorter!! If anyone is able to help with soe cheap parts for my pride and joy PLEASE help me!!! Thanks guys Looking forward to hearing back from someone!!! This is my baby below... Check if your glove box light works, if not it could simply be fuse #12 in the fuse box under the hood (looks like a lunch box with lots of colourful fuses in it) you can buy a new fuse from a gas station and fix it yourself… If this doesn’t work you have only lost a couple of bucks trying.
