E30 Rims - Will these fit?

Will these rims fit my E30?

I am unsure of the offset! They are for sale, $200

You need to know the stud pattern and offset. You want 4 x 100 for the studs, and offset between 15 and 25, maybe up to 30 for a 6.5 inch rim..

if their the same as my gf's old mags, they didnt fit, believe me I tired They just ground on my brake caliper at the front, was quite horrible.

Sometimes for clearance, a lot of it is down to spoke design.

e.g. ET20 minilights 15x6.5 didn't clear my E30's calipers, whereas the oem 14x6 ET35 did.

6½" rim width: 30mm offset

7" rim width: 25mm offset

8" rim width: 15mm offset

8" rim width: 20mm offset - will help to clear guards

9" rim width 15 -10mm depending on front struts

^ thats a general rule, as the rims get wider you have to get closer to the optimum offset. and as others have said some spoke designs wont clear the calipers.

You can find another 15mm clearance for the inside if you go back to solid brake disks and calipers, instead of the vented, stops the inside of the spokes hitting the calipers, makes little difference to the average driver.

Well I just copied from a website so shows what i know about offset.

I fit 15X8 +0 on my E30 no problem. Just roll the rear guards slightly but nothing major. But I think the best offset would be +10 or less.
