Tha black panel thingy between rear lights e30

Ok, on my e30 there is a black panel between the rear lights and its really cramped with a normal nz no. plate so a euro plate would never fit. Just wondering how i could get my hands on the wider one which ive seen on other e30s.

Any help would be appreciated
